Welcome to Ultraslideshow Online Support Center. UltraSlideshow is an outstanding flash slide show maker that can create SWF slideshows, make flash albums, and build flash gallery.

You can get general guides on how to use Ultraslideshow from the Help document built in the program. On the main window of Ultraslideshow, click on the menu “Help > Help”, or just simply press the F1 button on the keyboard.

How to download the full version of Ultraslideshow?

In the matter of fact, the trial version and full version are the same program file. Once you register the trial version with the license key, you get the full version. To register Ultraslideshow, click on the menu "Help > Register" to enter the code provided.

Cannot install Ultraslideshow. Why?

First of all, please check if your computer system allows you to install UltraSlideshow. The program currently does not run in Mac computers.

Second, check if the setup of UltraSlideshow was mistakenly blocked by your anti-virus software. Turn off the anti-virus program during the installation process to have a try.

The last possible is that the setup file was broken during the downloading, you may download it once again from our website.

How to update Ultraslideshow to the latest version? Is it free?

All updates are free. You can update your UltraSlideshow whenever there is new version available.

To check if you are running the latest version of UltraSlideshow, click the Help menu, and the click Check for New Versions.

You should close UltraSlideshow during updating. It's suggested that you install the new version to the same directory as the old version, or you have to register the program after upgrade installation using the same license key as the old one.

Do I have to update the program every time there is a new version?

We constantly make major or minor updates to Ultraslideshow with improvements based on the feedback from our users like you. If you feel the current version you are using is OK, you can ignore the updates and continue to go with it. Downloading setup program of large file size could be time-consumeing, anyway

Is Ultraslideshow compatible with Vista?

Yes. UltraSlideshow is compatible with Vista, both 32-bit and 64-bit system.

Is there a Mac version of the Ultraslideshow?

No. Currently there is no Mac version of Ultraslideshow yet.
